WSE Error

Hi, I have downloaded the new patch and when I press play I get this error:

I was getting that before the update too. What is the problem? My steam is closed when I try to open fianna, so we can exclude that as a problem.
I also have licensed mount and blade, but it's on the steam's folder, so they do not contradict.. Any ideas?

PS: I do not have any anti-virus. I tried uninstalling fianna and reinstalling again but that didn't also work..

This can happen during DDOS, you can try to launch your game later to see if this is the reason
