I have a issue with the connection

So lately i started playing nord invasion and i have this issue with the connection, at the end of the game when the map is changing i wait like 5 minutes to load then the game returns me to the character selection page saying "connection to the server lost". I just want know if the problem is from my pc or from the server and if it can be somehow repaired.

PS: Sorry i didn`t write the topic in russian because i know verry little russian and even less russian grammar and sorry for my bad english and any other grammar mistakes i have made.

perhaps, the problem is that you have not put a tick in: settings/video "load textures during the game". I'm not really sure with the translation of the "setting", but it sounds like that.
